Cryptographic Privacy & Zero-Knowledge Verification
Effective as of 2026. Governed under statutory Data Protection legislation and international privacy conventions.
1. Cryptographic Hashing Over Raw Personal Identifiers
Everify avoids storing plaintext personal identification records whenever possible. Credentials anchored in the registry are minted using SHA-256 one-way cryptographic checksums. Resolvers match candidate credentials mathematically without exposing private candidate dossiers.
2. Mandatory Institutional Consent Mandates
In compliance with data protection laws, third-party organizations (including employers, financial institutions, and background agencies) cannot query protected records without an active legal consent mandate registered in the PostgreSQL audit ledger.
3. Immutable Audit Trails & Client Redaction
Every access attempt generates an immutable entry recording the querying partner identifier, IP address, user agent, and timestamp. Data subjects hold the sovereign right to inspect all audit events recorded against their credentials.
