Partner Consent Mandate & SLA Framework
Legal terms governing institutional verification requests, data subject authorization boundaries, and cryptographic non-repudiation.
1. Authorization Scopes & Strict Purpose Limitation
Participating institutions and verifying partners agree to submit verification queries exclusively within explicitly granted regulatory scopes. Authorized categories are restricted to:
- Official Document & Filing Inquiries: Access limited to verifying published statutory records and authenticated legal filings.
- Batch & Cohort Verification: High-volume automated checks executed solely for pre-consented applicant rosters.
- Personal Identity & Attestation Validation: Multi-factor verification of personal qualifications, licenses, and sovereign identifiers.
Any attempt to query records outside an entity's documented mandate constitutes a material breach and triggers automatic revocation of API credentials and immediate logging in the national audit ledger.
2. Webhook Event Integrity & Message Authentication
Subscribed recipient servers must enforce cryptographic validation on all inbound status notifications. Payloads dispatched by Everify contain HMAC-SHA256 signatures generated using your institution's provisioned signing secret. Unauthenticated or replay events failing signature verification must be dropped immediately.
3. Immediate Revocation Enforcement & Cache Purging
Both the issuing authority and the individual data subject retain the perpetual right to revoke credential standing or consent permissions. In the event of an official revocation notification, verifying partners are legally required to purge local cached resolution states within sixty (60) seconds of receipt.
4. Non-Repudiation & Audit Admissibility
All transactions, attestation transfers, and authorization grants anchored in the Everify ledger are cryptographically bound to the initiating authority or user. Transaction receipts, delivery tracking identifiers, and SHA-256 digests serve as definitive legal proof of document condition at the recorded timestamp.
